-
Log in to the FloLoyal account on the Pro plan.

3. Log in with the correct Facebook account 0:31

Continue after successful login so the platform can request permissions.

-
If prompted, select Trust this device.
-
Review the permissions request carefully.
-
Allow access so the Social Planner can connect to Facebook or Instagram as needed.
5. Select the correct Facebook pages and business assets 1:02
-
Choose Opt in to current pages only if you only want to connect specific pages.
-
If you manage multiple clubs or business profiles, select only the page(s) you want to use.
-
If you want to manage multiple clubs under the Pro plan, select all relevant clubs/pages.
-
Click Continue when your selections are correct.
-
For business permissions, opt in to future businesses only if appropriate for your setup.
-
Scroll down, confirm nothing else needs to be checked, then click Save and Got it.

-
Verify that the correct page appears in the list.
-
Confirm the page name matches the business you want to manage.

Click Add to connect the page to the Social Planner.

Once added, the page can be used for scheduling posts.
7. Connect Instagram through Facebook or directly 1:58
-
Go to the Instagram connection option.
-
Choose one of two methods:
-
Connect through Facebook if Instagram is linked to Facebook.
-
Connect directly through Instagram if Facebook linking is not available.

Continue through the Facebook login flow if prompted.

-
Click Schedule now to move into the posting workflow.
-
Review any pop-ups or onboarding prompts that appear.
-
Proceed once the planner is ready for content creation.
10. Create a post or story using media storage 3:52
-
Decide whether you want to post to Facebook, Instagram, or both.
-
Select the desired platforms.
-
Click the image/media icon and choose Upload from media storage.
-
If needed, upload a file from your computer first so it saves to media storage.
-
Select the content you want to post.
-
Choose Story if you want the content to publish as a story instead of a feed post.
11. Set the post to recur on a schedule 4:35
-
Instead of choosing a one-time post, select Recurring post.
-
Define the recurrence pattern based on your needs:
-
Every set number of days
-
Specific days of the week
-
Monthly schedule
-
A set number of times per month
-
A date range for start and end dates
-
-
Choose the time or point in the month when the post should publish.
-
Use recurring scheduling for repeatable content such as store hours, reminders, or consistent business information.
Cautionary Notes
-
Use the correct Facebook account: The account used to log in should usually be the personal Facebook profile that owns the business pages and Instagram accounts.
-
Select only the intended pages/accounts: If multiple clubs or business profiles exist, make sure you connect only the ones you want.
-
Check permissions carefully: Do not skip the permission and save steps, or the connection may not complete.
-
Instagram connection method may vary: If Instagram is not linked to Facebook, use the direct Instagram connection option instead.
-
Verify before adding: Confirm the correct page/account appears before clicking Add.
-
Recurring posts should be reviewed carefully: Make sure the schedule, date range, and frequency are correct before saving.
Tips for Efficiency
-
Connect Facebook first, then Instagram, since Instagram often uses the Facebook connection flow.
-
Use current pages/accounts only when you want to limit access to a single business.
-
Use opt in to all future businesses only when you want broader access for ongoing management.
-
Store reusable images and assets in media storage so they are easy to find later.
-
Use recurring posts for content that repeats regularly, such as hours, promotions, or reminders, to save time.
-
After setup, test the workflow by creating a simple story post before building more complex schedules.
